The Sports Law and Policy Centre (SLPC) and ISDE (Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía) are proud to announce the establishment of the
SLPC AND ISDE AWARD ON SPORTS LAW AND POLICY
for the best Master thesis on an issue related to Sport and analysed from a legal, economic or social perspective.
The award consists in the:
a) publication of the thesis by the Sports Law and Policy Centre,
b) 500 euros, and
c) a 25% scholarship in one of the ISDE International Programs.
The award will be assigned, as a rule once every year, the next time to be in January 2011 and it is open to candidates from all over the world.
A Master thesis competing for this award should meet the following conditions:
1. It must be defended by the candidate at his/her University by 30 November, 2010.
2. It must be written in English.
3. The thesis as well as an English summary of 15-20 pages must be submitted before 15 December 2010.
The award is assigned by a jury of 3 Professors, from different countries, the members fairly representing the various sub-disciplines in the field of Sport (Law- Economy-Sociology).
