ISDE´s professors have been named as six of 14 attorneys worldwide to serve on the special Ad Hoc Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in London 2012

ISDE´s professors and CAS Arbitrators, Mr Efraim Barak (Israel), Mr Michele Bernasconi (Switzerland), Mr Massimo Coccia (Italy), Mr Ricardo de Buen (Mexico), Mr Stuart McInnes (United Kingdom) and Mrs Maidie Oliveau (USA), have been named as six of 14 attorneys worldwide to serve on the special Ad Hoc Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in London to settle disputes that arise during the 2012 Olympic Games where they will resolve disputes such as athlete team selections, judging issues and drug test results.
