He is a senior manager with the Transfer Pricing group of Ernst & Young. Paul has worked on transfer pricing studies for clients in a wide variety of industries. He has been focussing most of his time on the negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements (‘APAs’) with tax authorities in the Netherlands, the US and Japan.
