Law of the European Union Seminar

This course provides an introduction to the law and institutions of the European Union. The course will consider the following topics: European Union institutional structure and legal system, sources of European Union law, the treaty system as a European constitution, role of the European Court of Justice, and the policies of the EU.
Grades are based upon class participation and a final examination.
